Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about which data is processed when you visit the Zykluswissen (www.zykluswissen-ratgeber.de).

2. Hosting & server log files

When you access our pages, our hosting provider automatically collects access data (server log files) for technical reasons: the page accessed, date and time, the amount of data transferred, the referrer URL, the browser and operating system used, and the IP address. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest). The log files are deleted or anonymised after a short time.

3. Views, likes & comments

For each article we display aggregated counters (views, likes). These are recorded anonymously and without any personal reference; no usage profiles are created. When a view or like is counted, the request is transmitted to our interface (api.menstruflow.de); your IP address is only briefly evaluated to limit abuse and spam and is not permanently stored (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The comments shown below articles originate from the menstruflow App and are displayed here only in approved form.

4. Local storage (localStorage)

So that a view or like is only counted once per device, we store small technical markers in your browser (localStorage). This information remains on your device, is not transmitted to third parties and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings. No tracking cookies are set.

5. Advertisements

Advertising banners may appear in the header and footer areas. These are delivered purely contextually — there is no tracking and no evaluation based on your behaviour or health data. Any view/click counters are anonymous and aggregated.

6. Fonts

We use exclusively locally embedded fonts. No fonts are loaded from external providers (e.g. Google Fonts); no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

7. Newsletter

If you use the newsletter form, your details are transmitted to and processed by our shop (menstruflow.de). Registration takes place using the double opt-in procedure on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time. Details can be found in the privacy policy of our shop.

8. External links

Our pages contain links to external services (including the App Store, Google Play, our shop, Instagram, TikTok). Only when you click on such a link is data transmitted to the respective provider; the provider's data protection provisions then apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21) and to revoke a consent you have given (Art. 7 (3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
